During these uncertain times we have had to close our drop-in advice service. We can offer a limited telephone advice service for urgent enquiries. If you cannot find the answer to your issue on the Citizens Advice website and it is urgent please call 01509 649605 and we will try to arrange for an adviser to call you back.

We can only operate this service on:

Mondays 9.30-3.00,

Tuesdays 9.30-12.00 and

Thursdays 9.30-3.00

If we are busy we may not be able to answer all calls but we will do our best. We are dependent on a dedicated team of volunteers and under the current circumstances are likely to face significant absences so we will be keeping our operation under review.

Our Adviceline 03444 111 444 remains open 5 days a week from 9.00-5.00 but again it is likely to be affected by absences and increased demand, so please be patient.

Please note that for the time being we will not be operating a service from our Shepshed branch and appointments at Syston will be suspended.
